Clinique Stat –
Plateau, QC
Interior renovation of a medical clinic for Clinique Stat on Mont-Royal Avenue in Montréal.
The project included selective interior demolition, new partitions, plumbing and electrical work, flooring, painting, and final finishes. The work required careful coordination of multiple trades within an active urban environment to deliver a functional, code-compliant clinical space.
A full design-build project for a 2,600 sq. ft. medical clinic combining chiropractic, physio, massage therapy, and nutrition services. Located on Rue Ampère in Boucherville, this was the client’s second location — four times larger than her original space. Delivered on schedule with custom cabinetry and no room for error.
