Completed Retail Fit-Out
Iris Galerie –
Montreal, QC
A retail renovation of approximately 500 sq. ft. for Iris Galerie in Old Montréal’s Old Port.
The scope included light demolition, new flooring, full interior repainting, lighting and electrical and the construction of a new bathroom with tile finishes on the lower level. The project was completed within a historic building, requiring careful coordination and respect for existing conditions while delivering a clean, customer-facing retail space.
A full design-build project for a 2,600 sq. ft. medical clinic combining chiropractic, physio, massage therapy, and nutrition services. Located on Rue Ampère in Boucherville, this was the client’s second location — four times larger than her original space. Delivered on schedule with custom cabinetry and no room for error.
