- Transparent scope. Fixed‑price line items with inclusions/exclusions beside each item. Changes proceed only on written CO.
- Real visibility. Weekly progress note with photos; RFIs, submittals, and minutes tracked in Procore.
- Building logistics handled. We coordinate rules, bookings, and inspections with landlords/AHJs. Any third‑party fees remain by owner unless listed in scope.
- Quality & safety oversight. Work checked against drawings/specs; site safety supervised. (No design or performance promises.)
